Our typical Australian diet today is highly acidic to the point of being over acidic with the international standard recommended for optimum health being around 80 % alkaline and 20 % acidic.

The over acidification of our diets can contribute greatly to many modern day health issues such as arthritis, asthma, allergies, high blood pressure, chronic fatigue, exczma and skin complaints, obesity and more.

Meat, cheese, butter, bread, sugar, coffee, alcohol and soft drinks ensure that we consume highly acid foods of up to around 90%.

Some mains water, most rainwater and all reverse osmosis water is acidic if left untreated.

The growing body of evidence shows that the recent advent of alkalising water makes a significant contribution to wellness as the shift of pH on water to alkaline can be a simple way in which to assist turning the tide of our diets away from existing high acid levels thereby reducing the body’s struggle to keep our blood and cell’s pH balance as slightly alkaline for optimum health.

Alkalising of water can be done simply, either by use of a small portable or bench mounted unit or an alkalising filter cartridge can be added to existing or new undersink filter/ reverse osmosis systems. Conditioning of Water

Water Conditioner/ Energiser manufacturers talk of the technology revitalising water to enable greater vitality and freshness, by having it let go of its memory imprint by mimicking for example nature’s way of having water dance over a stream where diamagnetic and paramagnetic stones combine in conjunction with the aeration and motion of the flow to break up molecular bonds. Just as drinking rainwater fresh after a lightning storm will provide sweeter water, these units produce a similar taste experience.
