Pleated Sediment Whole House 10" X 4½" Filter Cartridge

This 5 micron pleated cartridge is perfect for low pressure situations due to the larger surface area they offer.

The simple effective pre filter design is cleanable and reusable making it perfectly suited to rainwater
use where you have debris like leaves and dirt that get flushed into tanks off the roof after heavy rainfall events.

Also used on bore water to remove sediment, oxidised iron and particles above 5 microns.

If using to treating drinking water care should be used not to over use a pleated filter as eventually they gather
bacterial contaminants which become a health hazard.

Recommended exchange time is 12-18 months.

You may consider using instead an adsorbent type Polyspun Disposable filter however these
do need replacing once dirty, so are more suited for use on mains water applications.
