Shipping Info

1. AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We take all efforts to ship orders within 2 working days from the date of purchase. Packages are usually shipped by Australia Post unless they are large in size, in which case they are shipped by TNT Express.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship some items internationally, but due to shipping estimation issues our website and shopping cart is not setup to take orders outside of Australia. If you are in another country please contact us directly via info@waterworld.com.au with your location and details of the item you are interested in.
