STAGE 1 FILTER - Silver Carbon

Granular activated carbon filter for removing chemicals, chlorine, bad taste and odour. 5 Micron silver impregnated granular activated carbon is used in filters with long periods between servicing or untreated water supplies like rain water tanks and poor quality town supplies. Removes chemicals, volatile organic chemicals, Trihalomethanes, bad taste and odour. The silver carbon stops bacterial growth in the filter cartridges which will also help stop bad odours.
